DSC Application Form

(1) Individual -> Class 2 & Class 3 - Only Signing / Signing + Encryption (Combo)


Documents Required for Class-2 & Class-3 Individual DSC with 2 years validity
  1. Individual Pan Card with self attested.
  2. Individual valid address proof with self attested. (like- Voter Card, Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Electricity Bill etc.)
(2) Organization -> Class 2 & Class 3 - Signing + Encryption (Combo)


Documents Required for Class 2 & Class 3 Organization DSC with 2 / 3 years validity:-

All Documents and application form should be self attested with company stamp.

Filled Application Form with Photograph (cross sign on photo)

GST copy with self attested & Company stamp GST with Authorized person’s sign & Company stamp GST with attested by another director (Authorize person) & Company seal.
Partnership deed with Authorized person’s sign & Company stamp
Authorize person's PAN card with self attested & Company seal. Authorize person's PAN card with self attested & Company seal.
Authorization-Letter (attached) with attested by another partner (Authorize person) & Company seal. Authorization-Letter (attached) with attested by another director (Authorize person) & Company seal.
Board Resolution Template (attached) with attested by another director (Authorize person) & Company seal.
(3) Government DSC - Signing + Encryption Certificate

Documents Required for Government DSC with 2 years validity
  1. Individual Pan Card with self attested & Organization seal.
  2. Office ID Card with self attested & Organization seal.
  3. Authorized person's Office ID Card with self attested & Organization seal.
(4) DGFT Certificate Documents Required for DGFT Certificate with 2 years validity
  1. Individual Pan Card with self attested & Organization seal.
  2. Individual Address Proof with self attested & Organization seal.
  3. Copy of IEC with self attested & Organization seal.
  4. For Partnership Firm - Copy of Partnership Deed self attested & Organization seal.
  5. For LTD or PVT LTD - Copy of MoA with self attested & Organization seal.

• Digital Signature Certificate For Foreigner :-

 

• All Documents and application form should be self attested with company stamp and Notarized and don’t use black ink.

Documents Required for Foreigner DSC with 2 years validity (Signing + Encryption Certificate) :-
 
  1. PASSPORT COPY OF AUTHORIZED PERSON HAS TO BE SELF ATTESTED AND NOTARIZED.
  2. CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION (1st 2 pages) / ARTICLE AND MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION SHOULD BE SELF ATTESTED AND NOTARIZED.
  3. COPY OF BANK STATEMENT (LATEST ONE MONTH) SHOULD BE SELF ATTESTED AND NOTARIZED.
  4. THE COPY OF AUDIT REPORT ALONG WITH THE ANNUAL RETURN PERTAINING TO LAST FINANCIAL YEAR (FIRST & SECOND PAGE) SHOULD BE SELF ATTESTED AND NOTARIZED.
